Understand

Ephesians 2:1–10 explains our need for God's mercy and salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ. Colossians 3:1–17 calls believers to leave sinful practices behind and grow in compassion, forgiveness and love. Second Peter 1:3–11 encourages growth in faith, knowledge, self-control and love through what God has given. These readings help you begin following Christ with dependence on His grace. Good works are the fruit of new life, not the price of salvation.
